This Site is operated by Asia Carbon Institute Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). We are a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Hong Kong with office located at Room 710, New World Tower I, 16-18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including without limitation non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).
The Hong Kong courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
